Terms and Conditions of Vehicle Sales 

All vehicles are sold subject to availability. 

Vehicle descriptions are provided in good faith and purchasers are encouraged to inspect vehicles thoroughly and satisfy themselves regarding specification, condition and suitability before purchase. 

Deposits 

A deposit or reservation payment may be requested to reserve a vehicle. 

Where a customer requests additional work or services over and above the vehicle as originally offered for sale, including but not limited to servicing, cosmetic refurbishment, replacement tyres, accessories, transportation or other requested additions, DriveWithPaul Ltd reserves the right to deduct the reasonable cost of such work from any deposit paid should the purchaser subsequently withdraw from the transaction. 

Where reasonably possible, customers will be advised of anticipated costs before work is authorised. 

Any balance of the deposit or reservation payment remaining after such deductions will be refunded promptly. 

Warranty 

Any warranty provided will be clearly stated at the point of sale and may vary according to the age, mileage and nature of the vehicle concerned. 

Terms and Conditions of Vehicle Sourcing 

DRIVEwithPaul Ltd may offer a vehicle sourcing service to selected customers. 

The sourcing service is undertaken on a best endeavours basis. Whilst every effort will be made to locate suitable vehicles, DRIVEwithPaul Ltd cannot guarantee that a vehicle meeting all specified requirements will be identified or secured. 

A sourcing fee or reservation payment may be agreed in advance and the terms applicable to such payments will be confirmed before work commences. 

Customers are responsible for ensuring that any sourced vehicle is suitable for their intended use and are encouraged to undertake independent inspections where appropriate. 

Where inspections, transportation, professional reports or third party services are commissioned at the customer's request, the associated costs shall remain payable whether or not the transaction proceeds. 

DRIVEwithPaul Ltd reserves the right to decline any sourcing request at its sole discretion. 

Nothing contained within these terms shall affect a customer's statutory rights under applicable consumer legislation.
